Just upgraded my 3G Verizon phone to this 4G model. Very intermittent 4G service here. Unsatisfactory! Taking my new Verizon 4G phone back. 4G doesn't work in my house.

Reception seems to have worsened at home over the past four years. We still have home phone service via IP provider because the cell coverage is almost nonexistent. Reception is at least okay in most of the Olympia area.

T-mobile customer over 10 years and move into Indian Summer. Poor reception in house. Number of bars change from 0, 2, or even 3. Not very reliable indicator at all. It often fails to make call or send sms just when you need it. Also heard from HOA about T-Mobile tower at rich rd., but never know what come to that. No improvement since 2008, so it is not probably completed. Sure look forward to having a new tower up and running... .

Reception is horrible. Iused to get at least 1 bar with blackberry none with HTC incredible. Bought Verizon network extender no that isn't working

changed from the storm2, had Verizon for years, wanted to try the iphone3gs, had AT&T years ago, I remember why I changed but the sales person at the capitol mall says AT&T will be putting up more towers this year, and fixing the problem, fingers are crossed.

Great reception even in the center of the house. Verizon never did this well, but T-Mobile rocks.

I drop every call - Have had terrible receception for many years... .bought a booster, the best phone... I need help! I would allow them to place a tower on my property if I could get a signal... I am frustrated and angry.

I drop ever call and have marginal service if I hang out my office window just right, then I'm able to talk for a moment prior to dropping every call. I am so frustrated! Help!

I once had Verizon and had spotty service while driving out to my home from the freeway and while at home. I switched to AT&T! Got an iPhone and will never look back! Good service driving on road and at home.

Mostly good reception all over Puget Sound region. In my trade I travel often all over the area. Reception drops in predictable areas but overall is very usable.

I get decent reception outside. Although sometimes it can come and go. My wife is able to talk in the house with her Palm Treo.

Works on front porch, facing Puget Sound (to the east), and works even better on the beach. Does not work inside or at back of house. No reception until almost Puget Rd and Johnson Pt. Rd.

Bad Reception. Horrible reception inside buildings. Its still alright outside with my blackberry, but stinks on my gf's Nokia.

Rarely able to make a call from anywhere in our area, never seen more than 1 bar. Texts come sometimes, occasionally a ring or two. Never been able to complete a conversation.

1 or 2 bar here and there. Drop calls inside of my house. Indian Summer HOA annouced that T-Mobile was acquring permid to build a new tower at rich rd. last year, hope that will complete soon. Otherwise, my kids will demand swtich to another carrier.
