tolerated 2 years of no reception and T-Mobile told me to go get a more expensive phone (My other T-Mobile phone which cost $300 finally konked out after 5 years and they replaced with a bottom of the line phone). Happy my contract is finally up... no more T-Mobile.

No reception without external Antenna, and then only 1 Bar. A few times got 4 Bars, but only in roaming mode. and then right back to 1 or none. I quess that Verizon won't spend any money to get me a good connection, even when it is obviously avalable via a roam connection.

Coverage in downtown Rainier is poor and spotty. No coverage through the military reservation on Rainier Road. Coverage gets better as you drive toward Yelm. Coverage drops going toward Tenino as you aproach McIntosh Lake. All in all another cellular tower is needed in the area.

Even according to their coverage map Rainier has NO coverage. I had the opportunity to get on my brother's plan who is an employee of T-Mobile and couldn't do it cause they have nothing here! The only time anyone gets anything at my house is when they hook up to my wireless internet. Whats the point of a cell phone if you can't use it without wireless internet?!?!

I fought with Verizon for a year before they admitted they have a well known service issue here despite what their coverage map shows on their website. They finally agreed they have no coverage right here in downtown Rainier and let me out of my contract for free. They have no future plans to fix it either.
