I get one to three bars, but mostly it's just one. Their service is overpriced, and performance is abysmal. Rarely if ever get 3G.

In my apartment I get zero reception... x'd out! Very frustrating. Other areas are very poor. Even when I walk in the neighborhood I can hardly get reception. Didn't expect moving into the city would cause worse service.

T-Mobile in Seattle simply is not a good idea. Low bars everywhere you go. Even places with high traffic and central. I've had so many problems with Google Maps and navigation. When taking a route, midway the phone will say "Lost GPS connection". Or sometimes it won't say that but Google Maps won't update. I've checked into Maps itself; it seems to be a T-Mobile issue. I guess this because they replaced my phone, but still the same problem. Oh well. Now I've bad experiences with Verizon and T-Mobile in Seattle. I guess I'll have to try AT&T next and hope for the best.

I rarely ever get to use my phone! Basically nowhere on campus provides reception, and not even in the dorms, and not surprisingly, not in the classrooms either. Seriously need better reception.

I don't get why there are so many bad reviews for Verizon! It's true, their 3G is slow in a few places around the city (I have and iPhone 4), but their LTE is super fast and I can get it everywhere in Seattle on my iPhone 5! They have LTE pretty much everywhere!

Sometimes calls will go straight to vm. Hardly ever have a dropped call which is why I switched from AT&T. Great coverage.

I work for the University of Washington and travel between campuses and Harborview and have found ATT is the best carrier altogether. There is service is every building and rarely if ever a dropped call. I cannot say the same for T-Mobile or Verizon with some of my colleagues. ATT and Verizon are more expensive but I think ATT's coverage alone is worth it.

I have had Verizon for years. I have been satisfied with it, but I am going to give Sprint a try, because I need a better plan!

This is unusable. There is nothing more to it. Unusable. I am from the UK and when I came to the United States, I was very excited because they say that technology is better here, but in the UK I had 3G / 4G. Here there is EDGE. I am seriously not liking this.

After going from poor to non-existent coverage, I switched from Sprint to AT&T. I had contacted Sprint numerous times about the poor coverage and did everything they asked - took phones in to make sure they were working properly, got new phones, got an Air Rave - and nothing helped. I only got attention after complaining to the FTC. Sprint let me out of my contract (they officially broke the contract by not providing coverage), but contended I owed them $1200 for calls due to constant roaming (due to their inability to provide me with coverage at home and work - didn't move, just stopped). They continue to claim I owe for their lack of coverage. I will file another complaint with the FTC, if needed, but hopefully, this is cleared up after another letter to Sprint. I will not pay for their lack of service.

I have been a steady customer for Sprint for over 10 years. For the past 6 months or so the service has been horrible. Sprint sent a booster device It does not help much. Dropped calls all the time. Terrible reception. Good thing I kept my landline.

This is the worst cellular I have ever seen. I moved to Seattle only to discover that T-Mobile doesn't exist here. I am not sure if this form will even submit. It took almost A MINUTE just to load this page. This is ridiculous.

I am surprised by all the people getting great LTE coverage in Seattle. I work a few blocks from Pioneer Square, and my reception is horrendous. I live in the U District, and it's pretty bad there, too. I am not sure if it's Sprint or my iPhone, and I probably will never know. But the Sprint / iPhone combination is a major disappointment. Internet searches are so slow! And half the time my phone never rings; calls go straight to voicemail.

I have had major issues with Sprint in the last 7 months. I have called them 5 times with this issue of dropping calls in most areas of Seattle as of late. They said that they have been updating their towers. at one check they said that I have dropped 44% of my calls. a lot of them were from my house where I really get crappy service. After being with them for 20+ years finely said that I could get a air-port at my house that connects to the internet ( why they never told me this in the past I don't know ) so they sent me to the air-port operator to get my info. after being on hold for 10 min the person I talked to said that I would have to pay for it???? I told them that the customer service person said that it would be free but they said no but they did say that a manager would call if I wanted I said yes but I would be leaving Sprint! Well someone called me back in a few min and said that there was a mistake in on their part and they would send out the air-port right away and there would be no charge. Well it has showed up and now after 6 years od dropped calls here at my house it has stopped... ..but I still have been dropping calls a around the city but it seems to be better! If you are having issues at your home call them and they should send you this device and it works... .BUT you have to have a high speed internet to hook up to. I hope Sprint fixes their connective issues soon as they have great plans well at least the one I have and I will sty with them for now but Im only giving them the next year as I cant afford to drop calls around the city and that is their big issue for me. Hope this helps

Long story short, this is 2014 and I'm never off edge, a technology from 2003.
