My outgoing calls and incoming calls are not going through. My friends and family said they have called me at least 4 times and I have not gotten a single one.

We just bought a house by Syre Elementary in Richmond Beach, Shoreline, WA. Unfortunately we get no cell phone reception on our Galaxy S4 phones on the Verizon network in or around our house.

Reception is usually very poor. My phone doesn't ring - calls go to voicemail. When I am able to make a call, it drops in the middle. Text take several minutes to hours to go through.

Poor reception near Volunteer Park. To even send a text I have to stand on the front porch or there will be an error and I will need to push "Retry sending". Incoming texts are sometimes received up to 1 hour later than the time on the message. Voice calls dropped, poor voice quality.

Very poor reception. Often I have no service whatsoever, other times I may have one bar or two, but my calls frequently drop. Very frustrating considering how close I live to Market Street--you'd think reception would be better here!

1 top 3 bars. Many dropped calls. Incoming calls dropped into voicemail multiple times each day. AT&T solution to poor tower strength? Purchase mini-tower accessory for $200 (in excellent cell coverage according to AT&T).

Fine reception at home in Crown Hill and most everywhere else in Seattle (on Virgin Mobile via Sprint Network). ZERO reception at the office in Queen Anne. since this is a work phone, this is unacceptable, in one of the highest and most central points in a major city. Ridiculous.

Have never had dropped calls. Any interference seems to coincide with aircraft overhead, which is infrequent (compared with many other parts of Seattle proper)

I live on the third highest spot in Seattle. I can see four cell tower arrays from my apt. I have zero bars at home. I have been unable to have a conversation on my phone since I switched to Credo a year ago.(they use sprints network) Sprint is absolutely, positively the worst cell service "provider" on earth.

T mobile service in Seattle really sucks. Lots of drop calls, and no service signal. If you're moving by bus in the city it gets even worse and forget about downloading data unless you're stationary. I've had AT&T in the past and it's much better. But T mobile can still be alot cheaper than AT&T.
