I don't know what all you people are talking about. I receive awesome reception with t-mobile. In the basement of Nordstrom Rack downtown Seattle, I recieve service, while my friends, with Sprint and one had Cingular, had no bars. I like t-mobile. They have great customer service.

I had Verizon, and the service was terrible. Dropped calls all the time. I dropped two call while talking to the police. I had to call 911 back two time. Not good. Verizon claims there is a tower two and half miles away, but... . I switched to T-Mobile, and it works great. No dropped calls.

I either have no service or I am roaming. I am shocked at how poor the service is in this area. I will be switching to T-Mobile or Cingular very shortly.

I have been talking with Verizon Wireless for about a month and have had no luck. I use my cell for business but also have the wireless broadband for my laptop. I'm paying $130 per month for both and have NO reception for make either useful. Verizon is not interested in resolving the issue except to change the phone... that does nothing for my wireless broadband! Yes... it's $175 per line to dump Verizon Wireless. What way to run a business!

I usually only have one bar inside my house, and often none at all. I have to go outside and walk down the street about 50 feet in order to hold an entire phone call that doesn't get lost. I have contacted Verizon about this and they didn't even bother to send me a form letter or anything. We're switching to someone else as soon as we research which services can actually be used effectively in our neighborhood.

Pretty good reception with a few small dead spots. Occasionally the phone will notify me of a new voicemail after the phone never rang in the first place. I can hear the reception come in and out as I walk around my apartment. Its a lot better than my old T-Mobile phone though. Remember, reception has as much to do with the PHONE as it does with the service. Verizon's customer service is amazing! However, I might switch to Sprint because I want a phone they offer. They are both CDMA networks so it might be possible to use an unlocked Sprint phone on Verizon. Thats what I hope for anyway.

Poor reception in the street, even worse in my house. Dropped calls are frequent when I can even get service in my house.

Very good reception along 35th ave sw. In and around Seattle is usually 5 to 4 bars. Very good reception and very clear calls. T-Mobile is much better in reception than Sprint PCS.
