Poor reception in the street, even worse in my house. Dropped calls are frequent when I can even get service in my house.

Very good reception along 35th ave sw. In and around Seattle is usually 5 to 4 bars. Very good reception and very clear calls. T-Mobile is much better in reception than Sprint PCS.

Now I have reception like I never had when I had Verizon. With Verizon, I was always having dropped calls and no signal strength, but now I find that my new phone and service works great in "normal" buildings on campus, and it even works (albeit weakly) deep inside health scienes and the basement of Physics Astronomy.

I hate Verizon. I am going to be stuck with a penalty for leaving early but it'll be worth it to dump them. I couldn't even program my phone from home - had to walk two blocks to get a signal. To make matters worst my company leases one of the EV-DO wireless cards for my laptop and it gets no signal whatsoever here. My prior carrier (Sprint) worked fine in my neighborhood. Verizon customer service agents were nicer on the phone than the Sprint folks - but they couldn't do anything about my lousy / nonexsistant signal. I replaced my 1st phone (V710) with the e815 in hopes of improving reception but it made no difference. buh-bye, Verizon.

Always 1 to 2 bars with dropped calls. I can't use it when I work from home, which is a real pain as I do work alot from home. Not acceptable. My husband has a T-mobile. Same problem. The tower map shows our area to be pretty much ignored.

Almost always great reception, very few problems. Quite a contrast to AT&T / Cingular.
