High drop rates when cloudy. Full 4-5 bars and phones will report call lost.

Horrendous reception. I can only make calls if I hang out window. When outside if I turn my head it drops. Repeatedly called cust service - they tell me I have perfect coverage.

I live by Group Health, and if I allow my phone to automatically select the network, I receive no reception. However, if I manually select network 31041 (Find the "Search for available networks" selection in your settings), I have full service at all time in this neighborhood.

Reception drops out during every single phone call made from home. Phone works fine in other locations, but it's tough to have an actual conversation from Beacon Hill.

I'm on the GSM network. I have a pretty good reception anywhere I go on capitol hill with exception of the volunteer park.

I used to have a Verizon phone, and reception was weak for me in the Tangletown area, and I got many "too quiet" complaints and dropped calls. I recently got to try a Sprint phone (from Virgin Mobile), and it worked much better in this area!

Only phone company that gets perfect reception in Pioneer Square, Seattle.

Can't seem to have consistancy in holding my calls. Often have messages later with my phone not even having rung. Very disappointed with this service in this location.
