Large auditoriums as such in Eckstein Middle School. Sprint doesn't have very many smart phones and the reception is bad up near Snoqualmie Pass, also. I went into a garage a couple of days ago and my phone immediately dropped the call. I would really like to switch to Verizon once my contract is up.

Rarely a dropped call; have been quite satisfied with cell reception at home and throughout the city. Really happy with the in-person customer service at the T-Mobile store at South Center. Online service only okee dokee - took us a long time and a few repeated requests to get our plan adjusted.

If you're expecting a call, or making a call, switch to the Edge network, it takes seconds to toggle between Edge and 3G. I never drop calls while on Edge, plus it greatly reduces battery usage. To utilize Edge go to: settings;general;network;Enable or disable 3G - it literally takes seconds to toggle between 3G and Edge, no big deal, iPhone users, I assure you, you'll notice a positive difference while on the Edge network, when done talking go to 3G. For whatever reason Edge greatly reduces dropped calls. No biggie to switch between edge and 3G, the tricky part is making sure to have the phone on Edge if you're expecting a call, other than that, business as usual, just switch back to 3G.

Used to work great from same location. Verizon will not say what changed, but has declared this a permanent "problem area" with no plans to fix. ATT works great from same location. Get 0-1 bar 200 feet north of house.

I switched from AT&T and the iPhone to T-Mobile and the MyTouch 3G in August of 2009. BIG MISTAKE! Somehow I thought that corporate headquarters being in Bellevue would make reception perfect. WRONG! Nothing but issues since then. Dropped calls, crappy customer support, I get zero service in Qwest Field, Husky Stadium, and Safeco Field. I live on Capitol Hill and I get constant dropped calls. Phone switches from 3G to EDGE to GPRS even when it's stationary. T-Mo reps have no answer and just don't care. ETF or not, I'm out! This is the worst cell / data reception I've ever experienced and remember I was with AT&T. That should clue you in on the horrendous service that T-Mobile has.

Coverage is near perfect at my condo. And it seems that the coverage just got better. I used to lose calls when I was in the underground garage but now that doesn't even happen.

I used to get great reception wherever I went with tmobile. What is going on lately calls are dropping all the time. Called customer care and a tech is coming out. This is so frustrating!

Sprint let me out of my contract and got AT&T. I couldn't be happier my calls actually go through and the internet loads quickly. Thank God!

I barely get reception anywhere in my home here using T-Mobile, having to literally hold the phone at the Window in one room. I also lose reception by Paramount Park. Today I borrowed a co-workers Boost Mobile phone and not only did it work sitting at the kitchen table but also worked fine in the BASEMENT! I drove to the park where T-Mobile dies, and Boost worked perfectly again. Yes, I'm shouting it out because tomorrow I drop T-Mobile and get a Boost Mobile phone!

EVDO data is perfect. Voice is terrible - 1 bar at best and most calls dropped I will need to switch providers. It seems AT&T has the best coverage in this area. T-Mobile has acceptable coverage as well.

Ok, let me just state that I went over to T-Mobile from Sprint just last week. I was a Sprint customer for 11 years but sh#t hit the fan recently so I jumped ship and grabbed the Nexus One by Google. I figured since T-Mobile's N.A. HQ are here that I would / should get great reception. Most places it's ok but I get 0 - 1 bars at my new home at best. My Sprint phone, it's still active for a few more days, gets 2 bars consistently. I can't make a call with my new service for more than 10 seconds before the call is dropped. I've never had that problem with Sprint. It's very frustrating as now I've been looking at buying an expensive cell signal booster so I can call in my home. It's ridiculous! T-Mobile needs to get it straightened out. From the other posts it's been 3+ years of poor reception. And I though AT&T was bad

I live in a community in burien called hurstwood. It is right by the water. There is great reception at the top of the hill... but as you wind your way down the hill to our community you watch the bars drop faster than tiger's credibility. I do not even have enough signal to get a repeater. Sucks!

Reception in the Broadview lowlands is poor for all providers. ATT is the only one who has any signal, and it's poor.

Horrible reception at two spots on Hwy. 99 along the Seattle Waterfront. I drop calls there every day. Heading North on 99 calls drop right about the ferry terminal and don't work until you pass outside of the tunnel.

Pretty much 5 bars and 3G anywhere in the UW, and around the city. Downtown 5 bars and 3G too, only in some hilly suburban areas do I encounter between 3-4 bars. Otherwise perfect!
