I am tourist in Seattle. The phone works at home. But rarely when I am in market or on freeway. I rarely can connect to Internet. The monthly subscription was a total waste.

Terrible coverage in my apartment. I usually have to stand outside or next to a window, and calls still drop. Texts may have to be sent 10+ times before they get through. People call me and get a message that I'm in an area with no coverage. Please. I can see downtown Seattle from my window. T-Mobile is no help, they said the walls in my apartment are too thick. Unbelievable. Also said coverage would improve last spring, I'm still waiting... .

I've a full bar, but its been 4 days, I couldn't call in or out. It really sucks! I've been with AT&T for more than 10 years. I've made a complain too. And I depend on my phone while at work. Is this going to be this way from now on... Why?

OMG... T-Mobile service has completely gone down the crapper! I can't use my cell phone on I-5 from downtown Seattle to Northgate. When I'm in downtown Seattle I'll two bars and then a block later four bars, and even when I have five bars, I'm having dropped calls. Called and complained and got the "Oh, we're working on it," line, but ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! We're going to as for a full refund for the past three months.

We had 4-5 bars for 10 years, then in the last 6 months or so, it went to 1-2 bars. Found out that AT&T gave up their lease on a tower, so now our coverage sucks. Deceptive practices as I signed on with AT&T based on the cell strength. Fraudulent practices by AT&T practices.

Upgraded to IPhone 7 Plus one week ago. When calling from home, callers intermittently cannot hear me for 5-20 seconds. It happens on all calls. Calls do not drop. Maximum of 2 bars on phone and ATT verified that I am within 1 block of a cel tower. This did not happen with my Iphone 5.

Im told by Verizon that its the old buildings that prevent good reception. So question is - are any of the carriers any good here?

low to no reception at home. Thankfully I can use wifi calling in the house to make / receive calls over my Comcast Wifi. Tried to talk to them about their exorbitant data rates and was told - after 12 years as a customer - that I should just go ahead and try to find a different carrier with better plan. I'll do just that.

I have horrible reception throughout almost all of the city. Since November, in Beverly Park near Burien where I live, I have no bars for reception showing on my phone, and most of the time cannot even use my phone. And while in my work area in South Lake Union, I either miss 3-5 seconds of conversation several times on a short call, or the call drops completely. It's horrible.

Just the last couple weeks every voice call has several periods of a few seconds of dead air, and sometimes completely dropping out. This is in my home office, same exact spot I've been in for years. Took my phone to ATT store, tech did a diagnostic check, no issues, then he put in a new SIM card. The problem still persists. Something has changed in my area. Or the towers are being overwhelmed with more users than it can handle.
