No internet service for the last two months. I have worked in this building for 3 years. Reception used to be fine. About two months ago I lost the ability to use internet on my phone from this location. My phone works fine elsewhere. This appears to be a trend for AT&T in Downtown Seattle. If you spend a fair amount of time here avoid AT&T. For the record, I have a business phone with service from Verizon and it works fine in the same location.

After four years of great service, Sprint has been a huge challenge. Since April / May of 2017, my calls are dropping, there's no reception, etc. I've been told it's the tower for Richmond Beach is on 8th St. near QFC and apartments and it's probably covered by shrubs! I'm switching carriers.

Have T-Mobile, using an iPhone 5. Noticed a general drop in coverage and quality starting mid July. Horrible coverage along 3 and 4th Ave NW. Toward 5th Ave NW there is a sudden jump in signal strength - to 3 / 5 dots. West end of my apartment (midway between 4th and 5th) I get one dot coverage, east end is zero. My company iPad (AT&T) gets 4 / 5 dots at the 4th ave end of apartment, so I assume the reception difference is all about provider contracts with tower owners.

Starting in October 2017, data and texts (regular and iMessage) do not work in downtown Seattle. AT&T claims it’s my phone, even though coworkers are having the same issue, Apple says my phone is fine, and I don’t have this issue anywhere outside of downtown. Defeats the point of paying for a smart phone if it doesn’t work 5 / 7 days of the week.

Horrible horrible reception. I can rarely connect to the internet from my condo. If I'm lucky I have 3 bars, but usually it's 1 or 2. I constantly have to reboot my iPhone to "reset" the connection. Calls fade in and out. It's a total joke. AT&T said something to the extent of the signal being blocked by all the "tall buildings in the area". Um HELLO, you are a wireless carrier, get your act together.

no matter where I am around the city, I have 1 or 2 bars - 3 is rare and always a surprise. it's ridiculous that I can'tbuse my iphone in Seattle. i've been an AT&T customer for 8 yrs, but the last 2 coverage has been going waaaay downhill.

ATT coverage has decreased, I use to have 4 bars but now 1 to 3 and only 3 if I'm by a window. I travel for work and coverage isn't good as it use to be.

Horrible cell service throughout the city. I mostly get 1 bar, calls drop, phone calls break up. For a major city with potential for a lot of money, this is terrible coverage. I'm very disappointed and I will be leaving AT&T when my contract is up.

I'm rating service below average as I only have two bars and that's when sitting by the window. I travel for work, so also had bad service in Nashville. Called ATT today, they pinged the phone and then asked me to turn it off, now I have three bars! Ugh Who has good service in Seattle?

I am tourist in Seattle. The phone works at home. But rarely when I am in market or on freeway. I rarely can connect to Internet. The monthly subscription was a total waste.
