If you don't mind frequent dropped calls, getting text messages and voice mail an hour after someone sent you a message, then AT&T is perfect. Enjoy standing in the cold weather if you don't want a dropped call. Being in your house guarantees that the call will be dropped (it's not an if, it's a when).

Good reception in most towns. Little to none if the wind blows out at my home. Customer service,,,, whats that? Especially if you are using the call in ATT. In house at the Store front in Union Gap,,, I have only found one guy there competant and capable of getting ANY thing done,,, that is actually employed there for more then a month,, ask for Jesus. You can at least get your questions answered. My bill, over the 8 years I've been with these guys,,, used to be Cingular when I first signed on, has gradually gotten bigger and bigger, while my package dwindles to less and less features and even less service. Guess I've been hoping the economy pinch would help encourage them to be more competitive since I don't want to loose my number, But I'm beyond frustrated and tired of $40.00 worth of added on fees and taxes to my otherwise miniscule plan. AT&T I am shopping,,, and I am leaving. Hope you actually give a darn about your customer base, because you are really starting to stink as a company.
