att quality has dropped over the last few months. Hard to get through a call without it dropping in areas where it always worked, after hours on the phone with them they say there is nothing wrong just live with it. They did give some credits to account but that does not help making calls. I need a phone that works so I am switching, maybe back to version since they now have a new tower and better coverage than they use to.

Sometimes one bar, sometimes no service. Unable to send or receive calls at home. Incoming calls rarely ring, though will chirp if caller leaves voicemail. Mini-cell tower makes no difference. Years ago was slightly better, now I'm paying $80 month for... what?

Cannot depend on signal to make or recieve calls. Texting works most of the time. I have to drive about 2 or 3 miles into Shelton to get more than 2 bars. 0 or 1 bars at my house and I live up on a hill. When my daughter visits she gets pretty good reception with her Iphone on AT&T. Don't really want to switch to them. I had a horrible exerpience with them slamming me in the past. Took a complaint to the FCC to get them to switch me back to my preferred long distance carrier.

We live on Pickering passage and get reasonably good coverage most of the time from here to Olympia and Bremerton areas with only a few dead areas. Three times in the past two years my bars dropped to 0 or 1 at home and each time I have called Nextel Customer Service to report the problem. It was fixed within an hour or so! Don't know what they did, but obviously they have a way...

Little to no service. Calls frequently drop. Service to area not consistent or reliable. Head to the lake and you may get some service but 9 out of 10 times the call will be dropped. Head up to the road and you have a 50% change of making a call? What is wrong? Verizon keeps tell me, that their service is "improving"? To what might I ask? It's so sad that you have to call from a hard line just to talk to Verizon about no service on your phone!

Got good reception when I lived in Oly, but what service wouldn't. Moved to the water and lost it all. When the phone switches to Analog it won't dial out or ring in. I found a two square foot area that I can stand in - right on the cliff to barely make a call (2-3 bars). I can put the phone in one window of the house and it will ring in, but I can not talk on it. A friend came out and her Cingular phone dialed out while standing in the living room. What happened to test phones in this industry for us rural users?
