	On upper base, reception varies, but is generally poor. Upon entering lower base, reception is the best I've seen of any carrier short of Sprint, who recently put a tower on-base. I had Cingular previously and that's the trade-off. Cingular is good on upper base, T-Mobile is good on lower base. Why can't these two just get along?

	It's so frustrating when there is no service or a 1 to 2 bar service (if you walk around the house searching for service). I work at home and is constantly using my phone. Everytime I get a call, I either can't hear them or I lose the call or I have to run outside to get better reception.

	Reception in housing is terrible. I want to change carriers but it seems that they all are terrible here.

	Sometimes I can get up to 3 bars, but as soon as I try to make a call, ZIP. Very poor reception. I have to go as far as Buklin Hill RD to make a call.

	I can make very poor quality calls standing near a window and sometimes receive calls.
