I have had Cingular for 2 years and it has always been this way. Before that I had T-Mobile same story. Looks like we are out of luck till the cell companies adds a new tower somewhere close to us on the south side. The one on Canyon and 176th street is not enough...

I've lived here for 6 years and the reception has always been lousy. Usually 1 to 2 bars. My Nokia does better than the flips we've owned but not by much. I have a Net 10 phone that get great reception (4 to 5 bars) everywhere. I received a letter from Sprint saying they would be adding a new tower in the area, but that was over a year ago and the receptions still the same. Since I switched to Net 10 I chuckle at everyone in my home running all over the house and outside trying to get a better signal.

I have one bar in the house, that is if I am holding the bunny ears and have foil wraped around my head, but I get 3 bars if I stand in the middle of the Eustis Hunt Rd. I did have the 6110 and had 4 bars in the house. Now I have a more expensive phone with worse reception! I guess exspense has nothing to do with quality!

I do not get service in my home at all. Most of the time I will be on a call if I can get a signal and than in a short time the call is lost. This hole area from Mt Hwy. and 224th to Meridian, the reception is very bad. The closest tower is at 176th, (I have been told by Verizon).
