	Have other phones on my plan also. LG VX8100 and Samsung Rogue. Reception was excellent for years, until March 2010. Calls to Verizon do not get us any help at all All neighbors in my area have the same problem, starting at the same time, yet we get the runaround from Verizon.

	Verizon is HORRIBLE! I'm 100ft away from major highway in downtown Sultan, barely any reception. Drop calls, phone goes directly to voicemail, text come in sometimes a day later. Did all updates, ect... Still bad. It has gotten worst over the last few months, including around Index, South Fork which I have no service at all anymore, I used to have some.
