I have Verizon and my husband has Sprint. From our house up Snowden, the Sprint phone is useless and the Verizon gets reception, sometimes. Verizon also won't let me use a 'local' phone number because they deem it's 'unavailable' with their company. One of the cell service providers needs to step up to the plate and develop a way to supply service for all of us in the Gorge and outlining areas. If they could engineer for us to get decent cell service, they'd have a lot of the population in our area buying their plans and phones. Any takers?

Great service all the way down Hwy. 14 from Vancouver to Bingen, and all the way north to about a half mile from BZ Corner where I live. I have one bar in my driveway but cannot dial out from my home.

This phone is terrible. I'm on my 3rd one within a year. When the phone works the reception is spotty everywhere but I only get 1 bar at my home. It use to be good about a year ago so it seems Sprint is doing something different. Can't wait for my contract to end.
