We used to have great cell reception here at home, up until about February of this year. I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but it was about the same time Verizon introduced their Iphone. Now about 80% of my calls get dropped and the reception is terrible! That's inside AND outside the house. They sent a tech to the neighborhood to test and sure enough, they verified that the reception was very poor. They also told me that they don't guarantee cell service inside the house. My husband works at the local high school and gets no reception there either. He's in the process of switching to AT&T. He got a go phone for $15 and tested it at home and at work and he gets perfect reception. My contract isn't up until 2013 so I'm stuck until then, unless I want to pay the big bucks to cancel. I used to sing the praises of Verizon to all my friends and family, now I have nothing good to say about them.

Right at the bottom of the small hill from the Shell and AM / PM Station (lake leota). Outside the house: 1 bar at best, switches from EV to 1x all the time. if trying to use EV data, it always switches to 1X. Indoors: almost unusable, usually have to switch to landline, calls drop constantly.

Coverage gets sharply worse as you cross NE 195th and go north towards the high school.

Pretty satisfied with Cingular coverage at the top of Hollywood Hill. Friends with T-Mo get no bars. I get 3 bars and its a 3G signal. One issue: Cingular consistently drops calls on the way up to the top of Hollywood hill coming from 202.

I get reasonable service in our house with my Razr, though it's iffy in the master bedroom and bath. Since we're at the top of the hill, that seems a bit ridiculous to me. We really need another tower up here; I'm not the first to struggle with reception issues in this area.

Contacted Verizon only to be told that this location was a known poor reception area. Located between cell towers my Treo 700w gets zero to one bar standing outside the house.

Just switched from tri-band to all digital Verizon phone, and unfortunately it was an exchange... But now ZERO bars at home... What good is a Cell Phone if you can't use it.. And to think the Verizon sales reps actually suggested switching the HOME phone to a cell using the family share option... Man do I miss California's Cellular coverage!

I went from a Nokia 6820 (which was with AT&T and then unlocked for Cingular service), to a Motorola V551 and now to a Mot RAZR V3. I have noticed that reception around Cottage Lake and Woodinville has gone from 1 to 2 bars on the Nokia, to 1 to 3 bars on the V551 and to 2 to 3 with the RAZR V3. However, like most in this area, it fluctuates with the weather and other items.

I get great service when I downtown woodinvile, and pretty much anywhere else. But of course when I go home the single drops. I live at the base of a very large hill and anyone who comes into my house with a cell phone loses reception. But I love t-mobile, and I get recption (average) everywhere but my house.

When ever I visit my parents my phone normally shows zero-1 bar for reception. I can sometimes get about 3 bars near the Woodinville Mecial Center. And it also drops call along the I-5 / 405 corridor from Bellingham to Woodinville. And the coverage in bellingham is ranges from zero bar to 5. I have received the best reception in the middle of E. WA and Whatcom County.
