Have ok reception in West Valley area- average 3-4 bars out of 5. Reception inside structures, especially concrete, is quite poor. Reception in Selah area is about 2 bars average. Voice mail is fair, with VMs being delayed about 1 of every 5 (20% delayed). Customer service with TMobile has been good, with flexibility in moving up to a bigger plan without extension to existing contract. Haven't tried down-sizing with them.

I have a Palm Treo on Verizon and a Nokia (?) for work on AT&T, both get good reception for me. I would like to get the new T-Mobile google phone but it looks like coverage would be lacking here. I'll probably go for an iPhone when my verzion contract is up.

Always had great coverage and service with US Cellular. Happy to recommend them to friends and Family. Sprint service was so bad and unwilling to resolve that I let it go to collection. Only bad mark in 45 years, but unwilling to give another cent to Sprint. Kept US cellular all the while, with continued great service and mountain access. Never a dropped call in 10 years.

We have had problems with dropped calls for years. First we thought it was because we were using entry level phones, but now with better phones (2) we still have problems, especially inside. Signal will vary from 1 to 3 bars, but mostly 1 bar. Outside it is slightly better. We are approximately midway between two towers, about 18 to 20 blocks either way.

I have zero to 1 bar all the time... so I went to Verison and have great coverage and also T-Mobil is very poor in buildings or apts.

I usually have 4 or 5 bars. It's awesome, I would get none with the mpx220 so it does matter which phone I use!

When I used my Motorola v220, I had perfect reception. never a problem or a dropped call. I bought the MPX220 on eBay and now I always loose calls. Every time. Its a shame

With identical V220 phones, I have the old AT&T service with full bars, good signal, My roommate has new Cingular service with average of two bars and not able to use her phone most of the time at this location. Swaping my sim card with hers gives her full signal with AT&T so we know it is not an individual phone problem. She is still hoping for help from Cingular.

I love US Cell, have been a customer forever, they keep getting better, reception is terrific on those wine tours out in the boonies. All my friends on AT&T borrow my phone cuz of great reception. I just upgraded to this V600, I have had all kinds of phones. Use US Cell they are great reception, good price, good service too.
