Never had a reception problem. Only where other phones dont get reception either, like most of Yellowstone.

I get terrible reception pretty much anywhere in town. I was even at a store for the phone and had horrible reception. There is no way there can be 5 stars of rating for them.

I struggled with this service for years! I could, at times, get 4 bars only to have them all dissapear in a flash. I spoke to T-Mobile about it countless times and they always came back with the same "we are adding towers" bull crap. I'm done. I guess I will be able to leave feedback on the next carrier as well and, hopefully, spare someone from the same horrible fate as mine.

One maybe 2 bars if I stand on my head and fart! Lousy, Lousy reception. Will be switching to Verizon as soon as my contract expires

Verizon needs to put a tower out here in west valley. No reception what so ever in my house, we have to go outside if we even will get 2 bars before loosing important phone calls. I sux, I wish we never resigned our two year agreement if I knew it was going to be like this... Waste of money every month when I can't use my own cell phone at home. And as far as up grades, I got 2 for my phone and a phone still costs over $100?? How is that??

I have hardly any reception. I miss half my calls, and I have to roam my house trying to get reception when I want to make a call. Even closer in town at, YVCC, I still don't get any reception. Also, my text messages often don't get to my phone until several hours after they were sent.

I switch to At&T because of the Iphone I have terrible service out in the Naches Heights Area. I miss Verizon it was good and never had dropped calls.

Great service. We have been using US Cellular for many years and typically get 5 bars out here in East Valley but in Yakima also. I strongly recommend them!

Have ok reception in West Valley area- average 3-4 bars out of 5. Reception inside structures, especially concrete, is quite poor. Reception in Selah area is about 2 bars average. Voice mail is fair, with VMs being delayed about 1 of every 5 (20% delayed). Customer service with TMobile has been good, with flexibility in moving up to a bigger plan without extension to existing contract. Haven't tried down-sizing with them.
