Great reception, always full signal. No dropped calls or whatsoever. HSDPA could be faster though, still no HSPA+ in the area.

I had to get a net work extender, it has a very poor range as my lake front house is very long and the unit has to be placed in a window at one end of my house. o I get 5 bars at one end, and then drop calls if I go to my kitchen. Works ok for about 1 / 2 my house. They try and charge you 200 for the extender but you can cut that in half if you threaten to cancel the service. It works off the internet. Basicly at Lake lawrence you have ok service if you are on the North side of the lake in places, but on the south side most of us have little or no coverage? Go figure. Im with verizon

No reception at all with any carrier. I had Sprint before and didn't get reception at all either.

It says I have 5 bars but I am unable to make or receive calls. I will get a voicemail notification stating new voice mail but phone never rang. I often try to make calls and receive the DREADFUL call failed statement on phone. Live in same house for over a year and only started happening in last couple of months. Bought switched out phone, new sim card, even bought a different model with a new sim card and still SAME problem. Map shows I am in the "best" coverage area but like I said, phone shows 5 bars it just wont go through or deliver! UGH!

Used to get great reception with my Nextel i710. Switched to save money, now I cant talk.

I have had no problem with my virgin service and I have also used it in Olympia, Tacoma, Seattle, and also Ocean Sores. The only thing I wish was that it was not a pay and go service.
