I am really disgusted with US Cellular - I live 4 miles from a tower and can't get reception in the house unless I am by a big window facing the tower. If I turn my head, the call drops. Any number of times, people have tried to call me but the phone never rings and then a voice mail icon shows up. I'm stuck with this carrier because I have my mother on the plan and she lives in another hick town 30 miles away. I couldn't find any other carrier that overlapped both areas. But as soon as one shows up, I will pay the penalty and dump this carrier.
