Sprint 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Sanyo VI-2300	Reception is very spotty in the house. Calls must be done outside for better reception. Reception is also hit and miss in the tri-state area. I understand that Alltel offers the best coverage for the area.

	We have nothing but problems from calls being spotty (choppy) and having several dropped calls. My son has US Cellular and has no problems. Sprint won't do anything about it and will not let us out of our contract for poor service and reception. They just keep trying to get us to try different plans or buy a Razr but if we do anything to change our plan or phone they renew our contract for 2 more years. They are not helpful and will not let any one out of contracts early for any reason. They just sucker you into renewing your contract for 2 more years.
