What is the point to have a 4g phone if we don't have 4g signal ; Verizon should stop selling 4g phones what a waist of money

Service sucks in my house. Cannot make calls unless by window. Even then still have dropped calls. Verizon seems to offer no solutions to my problem. Tired of paying for service and not being able to use it!
