I live in the middle of town and have Alltel's prepaid service. Inside the house I get between 2-3 bars, enough for a call if you don't move around to much. Outside between 3-4 bars. I work in Galesville... I get nothing between Blair and Galesville, nothing between Whitehall and Blair and almost nothing between Blair and and the interstate. There is a new cell tower that just went up on Hwy. 53 going out of town toward Galesville... I heard it's a US Cellular tower... might have to switch companies.

Living in Blair, working in Arcadia. I carry an Alltel Motorola V262 cell phone for work. Typically it has 2 bars better than my phone or my wife's LG550.
