Absolutely horrid reception in all of Brooklyn. When the phone uses the us cellular tower in town it is fine, but it prefers the vzw tower in oregon which is over 5 miles away. This causes huge issues in brooklyn.

Dreadfull. I am going to change carriers. They were going to put an antenna at the dump in the town of rutland butnhaven't done aything in a year. I have tried other phones so it's just not one model.

using a Sprint data card sometimes it is 2 bars evdo and then it drops 1xRTT If I knew where the tower is I would try a booster antenna.

Since the tower was put up in downtown Brooklyn, we now have signal in Brooklyn, and all the way to Oregon. This used to be a dead area, on highway MM. But, when I get about halfway up Amidon Rd, I lose signal down to about one bar. My phone will work outside my home, but not good inside.
