Recently bought the Nokia E71 for Straight Talk which uses At&t. I did this after much research. I couldn't be happier. Love love love the phone and get great signal all over the area. Have full signal in my house, seveal bars in Walmart, Aldi, etc. Even have a few bars in my church on Hwy. P. Very happy with the phone and the signal. I have it set on dual mode so that must help. The phone has so many options and is a very awesome phone. Porting my number from my previous straight phone could not have been easier. Within an hour I was up and running.

Excellant coverage, great cell tower placements. Would have givin a 5 but their voicemail notification is very poor. Most of my friends also have UsCellular and we all laugh at how many times our vmail comes 1-3 days later. We have all complained for the last 6 years and we are told they are working on it. I'll believe it when I see it. Their tower is sometimes overloaded by 36 and W which is starting to become annoying.

works all over the area except for in the main stores. Walmart has added a signal booster. Same for waterford. signal is weak in the stores but otherwise good. I think my phone is the best assest for Sprint for it has a extendable antenna which really has helped. The phone also has a roam only option which I have used for the no / weak signal times. I hear they are removing this feature which will be bad but I am sure a few bad apples left it on which greatly increases the companies expenses. The automatic roam is poor. But would expect same for all carriers.

Since I bought a Nokia 6555 phones things have changed drastically. Excellent reception and more bars most of the time. Less to none dropped calls. I have had many other phones with terrible results. This phone rocks and is reasonably priced.

I generally get good reception although there are some dropped calls and areas along Highway 50 (and in Lake Geneva last summer-maybe it's improved) where there was no reception at all. It was just a matter of moving a little farther down the street.

US cell offers no relief of unusable signal in our area. Nearest tower is directional and they will not add segment to improve signal. Nokia 6395 is best of 8 phones tried, but no longer offered by Nokia. US cell has become one of the most unethical services in the industry. They have tried a recent scam about an FCC regulation concerning GPS phones to get customers to sign new 2 year agreements. Luckly the state caught them and stopped them.
