Visiting the area from northern Illinois and expected to have coverage by Verizon, but no luck anywhere near this point. Kind of disturbing to think that an emergency call could not be made with Verizon.

must go outside and stand in the middle of the street for a signal. Ridiculous. Cannot depend on service so I don't have people call my cell phone. Am switching to US Cellular in June. Neighbors seem to have good coverage with theirs.
