My wife and I have had this service for over two years, and have traveled extensively in Northern / Northwestern Wisconsin as well as much of the midwest such as Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, Nebraska and Iowa. Great reception in these places. We get signals when no one else does. I highly recommend Alltell if you live outside of a major city or rural area. I have also made calls from Alaska and Hawaii as well. I can't take pictures or get the internet, but who cares, my calls go through!

Switched to Verizon because had T-Mobile and no coverage at home. Verizon pretty reliable, some dead spots, analog - but better then nothing. No service in SCF / Taylors falls valley but everywhere else pretty good. Drops calls when switching from Verizon tower to "roaming" tower. Good CSR's and good phone warranty. Had mine 11 months and was draining batteries and was replaced N / C. Loved T-Mobile when in Forest Lake area (sad to have to cancel it) but when we moved had no reception across border. There is no phone that is 100% and I am happy with what I have.
