Reception generally very poor in this area. At my house in Bristol, I get one reception bar. And driving in the Bristol / Antioch area, I frequently lose all reception.

Alltel is not a good carrier for this part of WI. I usually have 1 to 2 bars out of 5. But I travel from Chilton to Sheboygan and Chilton to Appleton a lot and loose my singnal all together. I can't even count in the 1 1 / 2 I have been with them how many dropped calls I have had. Needless to say, I would be very happy with a nickel for every time it has happened. I strongly suggest that anyone around this part of WI stay away from Alltel.

Live just north of HWY 151 on top of the ledge and get little to no reception with Verizon. 95% of the time can't use the cell phone here. When I am able to make a call, usually get dropped. Have tried other carriers here with the same results.

I constantly will go to roam on alltel's network in the area of reisterer and schnell this is a known "dead zone" for US cell that they are "in the process" of fixing.
