Horrible reception, not the phone's fault however. We actually tried AT&T and wound up with the same bad reception. It seems that we're in a dead zone.

Works great in Chippewa / EAu Claire - good reception all the way to Chetek and Rice Lake. I don't get very good reception in my house on the west hill and the Motorola V190 that came with my plan drops calls continously. Now looking for a phone with better reception inside my house.

I am on there gsm plan and that was the biggest mistake I could have made with them. If you get out of this area you have no signal, and they dont yous everyones towers like they say

It's alright when your in the city. But go up North or anywhere outside the city and there's nothing. I was on the way back from Lakeland and didnt have reception for 3 / 4s the way there. Everyone else on the bus did!

Drops calls at my house every 2 or 3 mins usually. Sometimes even more than that. However, it could be more the phone, because when friends with T-Mobile come over they can get reception.

Many many calls are dropped... very frustrating... no tower coverage for the area.
