	several dropped calls everyday, I have talked to Verizon several times, no help service and customer service sucks

	It seems the comments are a little bit dated here. My original contract was with Alltel until they were bought out by Verizon. I did not notice any change in coverage, if anything it got a little better. There are a few dead spots here and there (Hwy 63 by the guard rails in the valley just south of the county line, Erin's Corners, intersection of county roads T and K east of New Richmond, Deer Park, and Star Prairie) Ok... .maybe more than a few. However, most of the dead spots are not too bad, if a call is dropped, you can redial it should work. Overall I am satisfied with the coverage. I just did some checking on coverage maps from a couple different providers. When searching for coverage by ZIP code, both AT&T and Sprint say on their website that there is no coverage in your area. I would definitely recommend Verizon for service in this area.

	I have a yagi antenna up on the house to increase signal. I can use the phone outside ok ( 1-2 bars) but inside I need the booster antenna.
