I use T-Mobile service and have had mixed results. Away from the city, on the south side, I sometimes struggle to get 3 bars, bet when downtown, in the basement of many buildings I get all 5. In traveling i've had no service up in the Green Bay area while someone else with Cingular had all 5 bars, in the Gary Indiana area I had all 5 bars, where someone with Cingular also had all 5 bars, but have gone to Chicago and had the best reception compared to everyone else (amazingly almost all carrieres were represeted, us cellular, cingular, and nextel; I had all 5 bars while riding the eL which at points goes underground). Bascially, as long as your are within a "big" city (i hesitate to include milwaukee in there) you'll get great reception, as far as the surrounding suburbs it has been hit or miss.

I get great reception pretty much everywhere in the country except in my house and inside my office (Teutonia and Florist)!

Sometimes the phone is sitting right next to me, and a call will go right to voice mail, without ringing. This is bad if your like me, this is my only phone. I got rid of my land line. I've contacted Verizon several times and they didn't have any answers. I've tried several different phones, with the same results. I even down graded to a chipper, less features phone. Same problem. This has been my only complaint about verizon. PS Verizon told me the towers were within a mile or so, both north and south of my location, so I shouldn't be having a problem. Sounds like they're telling me I'm the problem.
