Nextel 4 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola i710	We live in the country and have had problems with reception in our home with other providers, but not with Nextel. We have excellent reception in our home the only problem we have encountered is in the area of Walmart, Best Buy the phone has little if any reception in these stores. We have had incidences of a tower being down and receiving no reception at all for days with Nextel north of Hwy. 10 and they will fix the tower and promise to credit but upon calling after the tower is fixed they tell us they do not allow for credit for this problem. This is our only access to long distance and when our son was in a major car accident in NC we had no way to contact him. Despite the promise of credit from Nextel during this very stressful time they did not come through so for this reason we will be switching our cell phone provider once our contract is up. It is a shame if they had better customer service we would stay with them.
