I hit pockets where at times the phone seems to work well. But most of the time the service has been pretty much horrible if I get off of the interstate, 51, 151 or 19. I had better luck with US Cellular when I had their service. Just my opinion

Poor to no reception since moving to DeForest. Very disappointed. Will probably have to switch carriers.

I have a strong signal throughout the Madison Metro area, Dane County, and across the state of Wisconsin. I have never dropped a call or had no service. A lot of the "poor signal quality" that is reported is due to the phone and not the carrier

Recently, Customers who had AT&T in De Forest WI were switched to Cingular Wireless Via a Merger between the two companies. All was well untill last week (4 / 11 / 05) when signal strength dropped to almost nothing. Several calls and several hours later provided no results. I was told that before they would send someone to look at the tower, they would have to have several complaints, not just mine. So, I ask anyone who is having an issue with their signal strength in deforest WI to call Cingular Wireless and complain. The # is 866-246-4852.

Signal varies with very small distance changes and direction you are facing. Probably should have another tower in the area for better coverage.
