I hit pockets where at times the phone seems to work well. But most of the time the service has been pretty much horrible if I get off of the interstate, 51, 151 or 19. I had better luck with US Cellular when I had their service. Just my opinion

Poor to no reception since moving to DeForest. Very disappointed. Will probably have to switch carriers.

I have a strong signal throughout the Madison Metro area, Dane County, and across the state of Wisconsin. I have never dropped a call or had no service. A lot of the "poor signal quality" that is reported is due to the phone and not the carrier

Signal varies with very small distance changes and direction you are facing. Probably should have another tower in the area for better coverage.
