	Had decent reception with my 3G HTC Incredible 2, but it got damaged, ASSURION didn't have one in stock so "upgraded" me to 4G HTC Thunderbolt -- Ever since, I have lousy reception, 0 to 2 bars intermittent,. don't even try it in the basement, 4G goes on and off.. drops calls constantly, everyone hears static, etc. etc.. So I call Verizon, spent 20 minutes on phone and ended with a "ticket" opened and "have a nice day." Been with Verizon forever, but the lousy reception with 4G may be the last straw..

	I have never had any problems with calls dropping / not getting signal on my Verizon phone.

	On a good day (and there aren't many) we can get 2 bars but almost always just 1. Not uncommon to have calls dropped in mid conversation.

	I am constantly getting calls dropped..no calls..poor reception..try talking to a Verizon customer service person and be on hold for ever..customer service is horrible... will NOT continue contract..
