Overall, very bad reception. Cingular drops calls even when I'm on the interstate. Customer service is HORRIBLE - it takes an act of Congress to talk to a human on the phone, and they are absolutely unmotivated to help. I had US Cellullar, and even though they were very expensive, they had great coverage. I may be forced to go back to them, or try Verizon.

I had Verizon before..never had problem but T- mobile reception is very very bad. During night cell phone could not find network. Customer service is very good.But not for delafield

I am at the highest point around and still have to stand on my patio to make a call. T-Mobile reception is horible in western Waukesha County.
