I just switched to AT&T because I was dropping calls everday with T-Mobile. I was a costumer of T-Mobile for 8 years. I have limited reception with T-Mobile in my house. But AT&T is perfect. I was never able to recieve calls in my basement or my shop, but now with AT&T it is full bars. This phone uses the new technology; 3G and it seems to really keep a strong signal. T-Mobile treated me like dirt here towards the end. I paid the penalty to get out and it is worth it. T-Mobile said that my area had a good signal. When I called 611 about 10 times in 1 hour because I would drop the call in the middle of asking them about my service. They did not bother calling me back either when they knew I was dropping so many calls. All my friends who have T-Mobile complain also of dropped calls. No cell phone company is perfect. Every company will have areas where calls do drop. But it seems AT&T is investing in new technology while the others are falling behind. I give AT&T pefect rating While T-Mobile I give a negative rating
