Since the Alltel-Verizon merger, I have had EXCELLENT reception, even in the holy land! I have full 1xEVDO digital coverage all across Malone and FdL. I still have troubles in New Holstein, though. The place I used to have the worst reception--along the ledge--is now perfect reception. And I love not ever worrying about roaming!

Have had very good luck with Sprint. There are a few dead spots when you get out of the city N on 151 around Kiekhafer Parkway. Hwy. 23 W near Rosendale. I have only noticed these dead spots to last for about a 1 / 2 mile and will usually will kick over to roam if needed. With the merger of Sprint and Nextel I have seen a great deal of expansion and cell site coverage from when I first signed on in 2000.

AT&T is terrible in every way. I dropped lots of calls and when I wasn't dropping calls I had an extremely hard time hearing the people I was talking to. I tried both the iphone and the new RazrV3xx. All my conversations seemed to break up in mid sentance. I had been with US Cellular for many years and thank god my AT&T contract was less than a week old- because I swithed back to US Cellular TODAY!

Quite often when sending or receiving calls they can hear me but I cannot hear them

Phone goes from full signal to poor signal when not moving. Audio goes from good to horrible. When I can make a decent call it usually drops. Not impressed at all with AT&T, gimme back my US Cellular phone!
