We have CellularOne and what a terrible mistake. They have the worst people working for them, they actually know nothing about tech or tower info. They always refer us to say other manufactures for info. We are in a dead spot and have installed a repeator which was very expensive. When asking them for info on tower locations etc., they don't know the answers. They won't even return calls. I wished their was something or someone to report there unethical sales lies to.

out here it the coverage was awesome last summer when the big GSM push came. but then when it didn't work out with the trial use of T-Mobile towers - the reception went down the drain - I got better reception with the digital phone and antenna going down county rd E than I do with the GSM phone and an antenna. I live in a valley and could get reception just outside our door and now we have to go up on top of a knoll / hill to get service. i've heard they might be combining / selling out and also just going to concentrate on city market and not rural. so do I wait or get another service - I don't care for Alltel so that leaves T-Mobile or verzon. unless something drastic happened - I wouldn't get it if you live in the upper half of polk county that's for sure. I liked the one review that states you can migrate back to the old digital service - i'm going to check into that!

No reception in that area. Very spotted coverage from Deer Park Wi to our cabin in Polk Cty on Hwy. E.
