Dead spot for Cingular. 4 dropped calls in 2 minutes. Was AT&T customer, and "upgraded" to Cingular. The reception is much worse. Also have issues between Grafton and Saukville on Hwy. O.

With cingular, I get all of my bars outside and still a fair amount in my house. Good coverage with cingular

didn't really have any problems until about a week ago... started losing reception at home. as of today there is absolutely no reception at my house.., and its not the phone because my wife and father in law both have different models and they are having the same issues... what the heck do you do if you don't have a house phone

Even with an external antenna. I still am fortunate to get 2 bars. Without it, little to no signal and continual dropped calls. I too have had the "software updates" which have done nothing to solve the problem.

I moved from Chicago to Grafton and I see T-Mobile has no proper reception. Its very poor! I don't get signals inside office and outside too I need to run around on grass like crazy hoping to get signals at some place. Please let me know what is the best phone service in this Grafton WI- 53024, area! Thanks, AD

We've had T-Mobile service for several years and are consistently getting poor or no reception at our home. We often have to go to our second floor bedroom to get two or three bars! We're changing services next month!

The reception was OK until recently. Now the reception is Great (New tower?). I have never had a dropped call with this service compared to the continual problems with Sprint and their lack of signal strength.

I am about a mile from Lake Michigan and I imagine the lake is the outside reach of the tower range. It's hit and miss, but usually have one bar inside and maybe two bars outside. Thank God for WiFi.
