We've had T-Mobile service for several years and are consistently getting poor or no reception at our home. We often have to go to our second floor bedroom to get two or three bars! We're changing services next month!

The reception was OK until recently. Now the reception is Great (New tower?). I have never had a dropped call with this service compared to the continual problems with Sprint and their lack of signal strength.

Dead spot for Cingular. 4 dropped calls in 2 minutes. Was AT&T customer, and "upgraded" to Cingular. The reception is much worse. Also have issues between Grafton and Saukville on Hwy. O.

If you are inside forget about a regular call.

With cingular, I get all of my bars outside and still a fair amount in my house. Good coverage with cingular

Spint is ok for a major city but outside of that, it does not work

Even with an external antenna. I still am fortunate to get 2 bars. Without it, little to no signal and continual dropped calls. I too have had the "software updates" which have done nothing to solve the problem.
