Any where in hazel Green I have had bad reception. While trying to make a call with a duration of about one half hour, I get dropped a minimum of 5 times.

Rotten reception in Hazel Green Verizon people try to be helpful--but nothing has changed. Get great reception 5 miles east of here at Benton! Hate dropped calls when relatives are calling from overseas! Am ready to cancel the service--no good here in Hazel Green. Should not have to leave town for service!

My cell works only part time in the house or around our neighborhood. We also end up with dropped calls. I am not a happy US Cellular customer!

Verizon is not allowing people with national calling plans to roam to contracted providers because of the roaming fees they have to pay the contractor. This means the customer is not receiving calls and have to call 2 to3 times to get the phone service to roam to a provider with the correct signal powerin order to make a call. The people are not getting what they are paying for.
