Just received this new PPC 6800 Mogul by HTC and there is absolutely no reception, roaming or otherwise in most of the north end of Janesville through to Milton. Service here is horrible and Sprint says they will not do anything about it. Funny thing is I was on the Nextel network prior to this and had excellent service in this area. Basically same company but different signals.

I often get roaming charges. Exteremly poor reception and service.

Numerous dropped calls per week.

inside my home, I get poor to no reception at all. On calling US Cellular, basically, the answer is tough luck. I've also had TERRIBLE trouble with the Motorola phones and what I have found is that the company won't back the product. I'm stuck with a 2 year contract with a phone that works about 1 / 2 the time in the way it's supposed too... and mostly crappy reception. I will not be renewing my contract.

Perfect reception everywhere with Nextel! The only place in the 100 mile area where my reception was not perfect was in the elevator in the center of a 5-story apartment complex, but once I stepped inside the apartment the reception was perfect again. I've had this service for 2 years and never had a single problem. I've heard that it really helps to use Master Reset when you first arrive in a new area, because the phone immediately connects to the nearest / strongest tower. My two cents...

I think AT&T reception is so poor from anywere inside the area the claim support. I have been on three different trips within the state and had no reception at all. AT&T's response tough you have a two year contract. If I could get another carrier to buy this contract I would change in a heart beat.
