Constantly dropped calls. I can be standing outside in a parking lot in Onalaska and calls are dropped. Inside our building there is nothing - have to hang my head out the window to answer the phone. never had this with Verizon. Busines associates with Sprint have the same problem. Several people here have U S Cellular and never have a problem with dropped calls and reception in the building.

Ever since Verison bought out Alltel my service sucks. Constant drop calls, don't get messages or texts for hours after it was sent. Sometimes takes even 2 days to get. Don't have reception where I would before Verison. Wish I could get out of my contract and go elsewhere. Even the workers in the verison main office (off hwy. 16) aren't very nice. Nothing but major issues. Go with another company. Service SUCKS!

My signal with Sprint has been excellent with Sprint since I upgraded my phone. The Palm Treo would drop calls regularly, but my Hero has never dropped a call yet.

Suddenly have NO reception at all in Onalaska, La Crosse or West Salem

Call quality in the area is excellent. I have a few dropped calls when I drive to Rochester. I wish we have a good carrier in the area who provides GSM cell phones.

Very difficult to make or receive calls without having them be dropped. It is rare that I can even make a call from my house. I am VERY disappointed with Sprint and will be "dropping" them for Alltel, who has excellent coverage in the entire area. I have proven this using a friends phone. They have coverage everywhere that I don't. I am not an Alltel fanboy, simply so very unhappy with Sprint, in this area.
