AT&T never had good coverage in platteville, they made up for it by allowing roaming on partner networks. The contracts with these partners recently expired and AT&T chose not to renew. A single tower outside of town covers the area instead. Phone doesn't have reception 95% of the time.

Average around 3-4 bars, phone displays "Off Network", connection, clarity, and reliability (dropped calls) even with 4 bars is terrible making the phone all but unusable. Edge internet connection stable and usable do data usage ok.
