I love, love, love TMobile. I have no problems with service, dropped calls etc... I had Cingular Wireless before this and had horrible reception, tons of dropped calls and awful customer service. I was constantly 'roaming' in my home area and Cingular never was able to get my bill right - it was a battle every month. Go with TMobile and you won't be disapointed!

T-Mobile reception has been pretty good in this location when indoors or in a vehicle. Occasionally, service will be interrupted (calls are dropped or don't go through) with no apparent reason or signal will be weak when indoors. Usually signal hovers around 4-5 when in our house but will sometimes dip to 2-3 during a call. This is better reception than I've gotten with T-Mobile in other locations (e.g. south suburbs of Chicago, Schererville Indiana, Mount Vernon, Missouri).

Poor reception in the Pleasant Prairie area, no reception in Carol Beach Estates. If you live in Carol Beach you must use your landline phone.

Extremely poor signal strength indoors. If you are outside, you need to head to the north to get more than 1 bar.

Phones always say they have five bars but when you go to make a call bars suddenly drop to none and cal fails. Called AT&T about problem they said they would fix it. They had to leave a voice mail saying my problem was fixed since I was still unable to receive or make any calls. Drove 2 miles away to make the return call and fought with them because they didn't believe me.
