Six months of paying for this lousy service they couldn't find the payments we sent them.. Even though it was on payroll deduction and we had proof of payment. Even though we have been with them for years after our original company sold out to these rats. They lost the records of payment and cut us off.. When they called us about this we asked how this happened and was told that it was a common occurance with them and they would eventualy find it. Right, now we have to deal with their collection agency... . Reminds me of the MCI scams.

When I started with Cingular reception was good. Since AT&T took over and esp in the last 6 months there is little (1 bar) to 0 reception.
