There is a Verizon tower less than a mile away, but we have poor signal, spotty coverage, tons of dropped calls outside my home north of Saint Croix Falls, WIsconsin, in the St. Croix Valley, as well as dead zones in Minnesota. I've called Customer Service numerous times about these issues, they've had me "track" the dropped calls, and had a technician out to my residence in Wisconsin to test the signal. Verizon told us there needs to be something done to the tower near us. Verizon, give your customers north of St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin and the surrounding area the cell phone signal we deserve and are paying for.

When will we get 3G into the 54024 area? Reception on my Samsung is poor inside my house. I usually have go to open the front door or at least be near a window. I do have to admit, my old Nokia 6133 got much better reception than this Samsung Galaxy but I'm sticking with the Samsung because of all it's other capabilities. Hope T-Mobile ramps up the reception in our area soon.

live between Cushing and St. Croix Falls, WI No reception at my house. I have to drive about 6 miles toward St. Croix Falls to pick up a signal. T-Mobile sucks

Tis whole area is great for Alltel. the only places in WI that there are huge problems,is when you enter eureka. Otherwise Alltel is probably the best coverage in the area. T-Mobile is trying to get better coverage,a dn they are not doing bad, but as of August 2005 Alltel is still the number one cell service to WI. Another downside of Alltel though is that where we are, alond the MN border. As soon as you cross the boarder into MN you start having cell problems. The 2 best ones are T-Mobile and Alltel. If you want either of these two services go to Clayton Hardware HAnk / Radio Shack. They sell it!
