	Last july we lost reception in town. first they told me we were the only 2 in the area with this complaint. so they did some force updates and tried many BS things with no result. after talking to others I found out other friends in our area had called to complain. So when I called Verizon I called them out on this. he guy was real nice looked through records and told me that there are alot of complaints in our area. starting in July, so they must have lost a contract on a tower or something was causing interference. e sent out a technician our area is considered marginal coverage. So if you live in Sauk area get uscellular.

	I think our new Samsung U370 phones have worse reception. Previously, we own a Motorola Rzar and Samsung Hue and dropped few calls. Now we have a hard time keeping them. To me it seemed I had slightly better reception before Verizon bought our Altell service. It could have be our phones getting worse, but if I didn't have to pay so much to get out of our newly signed contract, I would have tried US Cellular. I just want to make and hang on to a call.

	Verizon has very spotty coverage in this area. We hoped that with the purchase of Altel they would have improved but no such luck.
