calls and texts always go through but one bar? I had AT&T before and had full bars everywhere but in the country, now the only time I ever see full bars is in milwaukee.

Horrible reception. I noticed several months ago that calls were frequently being dropped and calls were very garbled. AT&T said they were working on a tower. The local AT&T store said the tower work was finished about a month ago. Reception still horrible.

I can't believe people must have reception every inch of everywhere they go. Please leave some nooks and crannies free of microwave radiation. Some of us feel better in the few pockets and place without higher levels of ambient microwave radiation. Just a thought.

Am very disappointed that Sheboygan still does not have 3G! I went home last month to Marquette, MI and they had it... WTF?? They are a town of 21,000 and they got 3G before Sheboygan did and we have over 50,000 not to mention what the county population is. Some of the towers in Sheboygan are bad too as some calls are garballed. Might be looking for a different cell vendor if things aren't improved soon!

US Cellular reception within Memorial Mall is non existent. US Cellular has told me for 3 years that they are looking into installing a repeater to correct this problem, but so far have not done anything. They used to have a kiosk within the mall selling phones, but they closed it. Customers buying phones from the kiosk couldn't get service in the mall after they bought a new phone.

I have been with AT&T since 1989 and had good reception and service in the Black River area since we moved to Sheboygan five years ago. Last week we lost our service on a Monday evening, can't receive or send calls, no data. Zero bars of coverage. I was told that they were working on a tower and that service was scheduled to be back last night. No such luck. I will start exploring a new carrier next week. This is a pretty poor way to treat loyal customers. I had heard the horror stories about AT&T cell service and coverage, but I had had a good experience with them until this week. I can drive a mile from the house to the power plant or to Weeden Creek Rd and 12th St. and have coverage, so I have doubts they will ever fix this problem, just keep giving me the same excuse that they are working on a tower. so it is time to explore a new vendor. Leaving existing customers without service for a week is unacceptable!

Data went out 8 days ago and non existant customer 'service'(tech support) gives the run around. Sprint customer service SUCKS

Phone reception is good. Still no 3G data in the area.

US Cellular's two strengths are Coverage and Customer Service. I can't remember every having a dropped call or "no service" -- in this home area or anywhere in the US where I've roamed.

I travel from Sheboygan to New Berlin every day. I have tried to make calls on I94 and I43 sometime it works but most of the time I get Network Busy. What is this crap. Also 9 times out of 10 when I am on I43 going past Port the call will just drop. What about the Independent study with the fewest dropped calls??

Before last week I had adequate coverage at home, now I have none. Called Cingular and was told they are converting a tower about 1 1 / 2 miles Northwest of my home from AT&T to Cingular which is causing a problem with all four of my family's phones. We can't even make a call from our house. They couldn't tell me how long before it would be corrected.

Probabally the worst reception of the 3 carriers I have had. Nextel was #1, US Cellular #2 Virgin a distant #3

Phone deceptively shows 3 to 4 bars when its not in use. But during the call the bars drop to NONE. Calls generally last 2 minutes before you can't hear the person on the other end. Looking for a better provider!

My Cingular reception in Southern Howards Grove (Millersville) is next to none. The only way I can gain the most remote of signals is to be on the second floor of my house, in a Southern facing window. The Cingular provider in Sheboygan gives me a new excuse each time I ask as to why I have no reception. The reception has gone from horrible in 12 / 04 to NONE as of 6 / 05.

Nextel seems to work great throughout the county of Sheboygan, too bad the prices just won't go down.
