AT&T 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: motorola 720	Living near the ILL / Wi border. Cingular in Ill is much better than Wi. Actually, I usually get fine signal strength,but with that I still get dropped calls. Very poor indoors. Cingular has fine rate plans, but very poor connections. Cingular has said thier conversion to GSM is still on going in the area. Under the old TDMA, service was better. Too bad for me I upgraded to a new phone-and was not allowed use of tdma anymore. 2 yr contracts suck! Us cellular is ok locally- but for broader service options I guess you have to pay to play-and that means Nextel in these parts.
